Job summary

Pertemps Coventry is recruiting a QHSE Manager for a well-established Coventry manufacturing business. The role focuses on owning the QHSE function, with emphasis on quality, while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.

You will lead a team on site, drive continuous improvement, and support the progression of a team member into a similar role over time. The package includes a salary up to £55,000 and a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Quality and QHSE
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day QHSE function across site
• Maintain and improve quality standards and processes
• Manage and support audits (internal and external)
• Ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are maintained
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and corrective actions
• Manage warranties where required
• Identify areas for continuous improvement
• Provide guidance, support and training to colleagues
• Support development of a team member into a similar QHSE role
• Communicate QHSE requirements across the business
• Work independently and prioritise workloads
• Maintain QHSE documentation and records
