Job summary

ENVISAGE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a QHSE Engineer in Redditch to strengthen Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across multiple UK sites. The role combines hands-on shop-floor activity with engagement of managers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

The candidate should hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent, with practical manufacturing H&S experience, and be capable of delivering toolbox talks, audits and continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified in health & safety with practical manufacturing experience.
• Experience completing risk assessments and investigating incidents.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to engage at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical H&S guidance to managers and employees.
• Complete risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and corrective actions.
