Job summary

ICES, Inc. is seeking a motivated IMS Compliance Officer to join the QHSE team in Wolverton.

You will maintain Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001), support audits, manage documents and supplier quality actions, and drive continual improvement across the business. You will work with customers and suppliers, coordinate calibration, warranty claims, SCARs, NCRs, and use 8D methodology to implement robust corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ISO Systems Internal Auditor is essential.
• Experience developing, managing and implementing ISO Management Systems.
• At least three years' experience in quality engineering or a similar environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints or quality issues.
• Ability to work with customers and suppliers and participate in meetings.
• Knowledge of 8D methodology and problem-solving tools.
• Strong English communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake internal and external audits of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Support Management Team in maintaining elements of the Management System.
• Update and maintain MS documentation and registers.
• Control QA/QHSE documentation and databases; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate calibration processes and maintain related records.
• Handle customer warranty claims and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage SCARs and report outcomes to relevant parties.
• Log and progress NCRs/SCARs and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and close cases.
• Lead or support problem-solving activities and implement corrective actions.
