Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Wimbledon, UK is seeking a QHSEI Coordinator to lead our integrated management systems and ensure compliance with ISO, NSI, and related standards while promoting quality, health and safety, environmental management, information security, business continuity and sustainability.

You will drive audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple sites, travel within the UK and abroad, and deputise for the Systems Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, NSI standards experience advantageous, and practical experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and partners.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• Willing and able to travel within the UK and internationally with driving licence and passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop integrated management systems across ISO, NSI, Cyber Essentials and other frameworks.
• Assist stakeholders with implementation, use and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Plan, coordinate and assist audits and certification activities (ISO, BSI, NSI, SafeContractor, Cyber Essentials).
• Monitor quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance KPIs and report findings.
• Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives and deputise for the Systems Manager when required.
