Job summary

BWSC is seeking a 2 year Fixed Term QHSE Advisor in Brigg, UK. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage quality, health, safety and environmental aspects of the plant and drive reliability and compliance.

Requirements include NEBOSH or IOSH, experience in large facilities or power generation, and strong communication with all levels of the organisation. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is required.
• Experience in operations/maintenance of large facilities preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage with all stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QHSE across the plant under the Plant Manager.
• Drive KPIs for quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Provide HSE guidance and support corporate initiatives.
• Support change management and safety sign-off for projects.
