Job summary

Hayley Dexis in Inverkeithing, Scotland, is seeking a QESH & Facilities Manager to lead all aspects of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and facilities management.

You will ensure ISO standards compliance, manage audits and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across the business. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to create a safe, efficient and sustainable working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QESH, HSE or compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems.
• Experience managing audits, compliance programs and corrective actions.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an QESH & Facilities Manager with significant experience in health and safety.

About the role:

As the QESH & Facilities Manager, you'll act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance, and facilities management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, leading audits, managing risk assessments, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.

Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to maintain regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and develop robust management systems. You’ll have a hands‑on approach with strong leadership and communication skills, helping improve performance, reduce risk and create a safe efficient and sustainable working environment.

What we’re looking for in our QESH & Facilities Manager:

• Previous experience in a QESH, HSE, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety management systems
• Experience managing audits, compliance programmes, and corrective action processes
• Proven experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Experience managing facilities, site services, contractors, and building compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
