About the role:

If you have ever picked up the hottest trend off the racks in one of our stores recently, chances are it has been quality checked by our brilliant team of inspectors. We are expanding our team and seeking skilled individuals to join as quality inspectors.

Being ‘hands on’ will be in your nature, and you should be comfortable working in a busy, challenging, and varied environment, with opportunities across all our distribution centres. No prior quality inspection experience is necessary; we provide full training. If you enjoy working as part of a high-performing team and can communicate effectively at all levels, this role is for you.

As a team player committed to ensuring products are “right first time,” you will maintain high quality standards with a keen eye for detail, checking your work against our Gold Seal specifications. Your responsibilities include liaising with the head office, rework department, and using internal posting systems. You should be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and use your initiative for decision-making.

You may also support rework processes, which involve revisiting and correcting tasks or products that did not meet quality standards initially.
