Job summary

CML (Part of the Culina Group) in Telford is recruiting for a QC Controller on a full-time permanent basis. The role offers 4 on 4 off days (6am-6pm) and a salary of £25,445.42 per annum.

You will ensure correct procedures are followed for the handling and reporting of returned or rejected goods from the depot and maintain stock traceability using our WMS. Key duties include managing QC areas, processing returns and disposals, liaising with Customer Services, and supporting floor operations with

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and stock records.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting and record-keeping.
• Reach forklift licence is essential and driving duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC procedures are followed for all QC Held goods and returns.
• Maintain good housekeeping in returns and QC areas.
• Manage uplifts and customer returns and document disposal processes.
• Process transactions in the WMS to ensure traceability of stock.
• Liaise with Customer Services with clear, accurate information.
• Check video footage when required to verify matters.
• Provide floor support and assist with other stock functions as needed.
