Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a QC Analyst for a fixed-term, full-time role to support analytical chemistry services across manufacturing operations. You will engage with improvement programs and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while protecting colleagues and patients.

You will contribute to updating methods and SOPs, training analysts, and driving timely investigations of out-of-spec results, all within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in science (chemistry or biochemistry) required.
• Post-graduate studies preferred to enhance expertise.
• Operational experience in quality laboratories in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements, including cGLP.
• Two years of HPLC/Empower experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry services to support site operations.
• Interact with departments on raw materials, intermediates and batch releases.
• Maintain and update chemical methods, specifications, and SOPs.
• Train analysts in new methods and SOP updates.
• Record and trend results, investigate OOS events in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation and records comply with regulatory standards.
• Support new product introduction projects.
