Job summary

Sanofi Waterford site is seeking a QC Analyst on a Fixed Term contract to support analytical chemistry services for diverse manufacturing operations. The role requires close collaboration with QA, Production, Engineering and Planners, and the ability to maintain regulatory-compliant methods and SOPs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in science (chemistry or biochemistry) and at least two years of HPLC/Empower experience, with a mindset for continuous improvement and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Science with chemistry/biochemistry relevance
• Post-graduate studies to augment degree preferred
• Experience in fast-moving manufacturing environments helpful
• Familiarity with quality management systems and cGLP requirements
• Ability to plan and budget projects

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry services to support manufacturing operations.
• Interact with QA, Production, Engineering and Planners on materials and batch releases.
• Maintain methods, specifications and SOPs per regulatory requirements.
• Train analysts in new methods and updates.
• Investigate OOS and trend results and communicate findings to QC Team Leader.
• Ensure testing equipment meets validation requirements and perform audits of results.
