Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a QC Analyst for a fixed-term, full-time position at our Waterford site. You will provide analytical chemistry support and interact with QA, production, and engineering to ensure quality across raw materials, intermediates and finished batches.

The role requires a degree in science (chemistry/biochemistry) with experience in HPLC/Empower and familiarity with cGLP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred).
• Post-graduated studies as appropriate to augment primary degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical chemistry services and support to the Site.
• Interact with other departments on raw materials, intermediates and finished batch releases.
• Maintain, update and issue chemical methods, specifications and SOPs in compliance to pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with training of analysts in areas of expertise and new methods, SOPs and updates.
• Trend results and complete OOS investigations on time.
• Ensure that testing and equipment meet validation requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Audit and review chemistry test results and ensure CG-related records are up to date.
• Support new product introduction projects.
