Job summary

Ransom Naturals Ltd, a UK-based manufacturer with over 180 years of botanical expertise, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a 15-month fixed-term role on-site in Hitchin. You will perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products using HPLC, GC, IR and UV techniques, review results, and contribute to investigations and deviations within GMP-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data and investigations.
• Experience in quality control activities and deviation management.
• Laboratory skills including sample prep and method execution.
• Familiarity with HPLC, spectrophotometers and other analytical instruments.
• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Review and interpret test results and report deviations.
• Collaborate with QA and Production on investigations and improvements.
• Maintain laboratory records and calibrate equipment.
• Ensure GMP and safety compliance.
