Job summary

ROYAL SOCIETY OF CHEMISTRY is recruiting a QC Analyst for a permanent role in Hatfield. The role focuses on testing materials to agreed specs and ensuring timely delivery. You will maintain and calibrate lab equipment, uphold Quality Systems, and support investigations of deviations.

You will also assist in hosting inspections and contribute to QA activities. The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree, has QC pharma experience, and demonstrates strong GMP knowledge and data interpretation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life science or related field.
• Proven QC experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory.
• Strong grasp of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.

Talentmarkare recruiting for a QC Analyst, for a permanent position, to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Role:

This job is responsible for ensuring that all materials are tested according to agreed specifications and procedures and within agreed lead times.

Key duties will include:

• Test all materials according to agreed specifications and procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate all laboratory equipment.
• Maintain all laboratory Quality Systems, raise and support the investigation of deviations.
• Write, under supervision, all SOPs associated with QC support.
• Support the preparation and hosting of competent authority inspections, including preparation for internal and external audits.
• Support technology transfer projects and in particular any QC aspects of these.

Your Background:

• Educated to degree level or above in life science or a related field.
• Previous QC experience in a pharmaceutical Laboratory with extensive knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Systems, GMP, Regulatory Compliance and manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings.
• Demonstrated Knowledge, understanding and application of GMP Guidelines and Regulations.
