Job summary

Umbrellainside is seeking a test professional to join an Agile delivery team. You will write a Test Approach, perform Functional System and Integration Testing, and support E2E testing for the ITDE Data Extract project.

The role requires expertise in test techniques and Risk Based Testing, with experience in Talend ETL, Oracle RDS, data warehousing, JIRA and Confluence. Active SC Clearance is desired; SC Eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of test techniques and Risk Based Testing (RBT).
• Experience with Talend ETL tool.
• Experience testing Oracle RDS solutions.
• Experience test data preparation and creation.
• Functional System Test experience.
• Test Tools such as Test Automation and Postman.
• Experience with Data Warehouse and Marts.
• Ability to write Test Approach and Test Completion reports.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• ETL experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile delivery team to support testing activities.
• Write a Test Approach document.
• Carry out Functional System Testing and Integration Testing.
• Support End-to-End testing on ITDE Data Extract for Exploitation project.
• Analyse customer requirements and technical documentation to identify test scenarios.
• Write test scripts and create test data and run tests.
• Record test results and provide regular status updates to the Delivery Manager.
• Identify and raise project and product risks and issues.
