Evolito Ltd. is hiring a Senior Test Technician to support the development of electric propulsion systems for aerospace applications. You will operate and configure test rigs, read electrical schematics, and ensure high‑quality test data while training junior staff in lab safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven test environment experience in automotive or aerospace.
• Ability to set up and operate test equipment per SOPs.
• Ability to read/modify electrical schematics.
• Experience with CAN/RS-485 communications.
• Experience with high voltage systems up to 1500Vdc.
• Soldering, crimping and wiring harness assembly.
• Strong attention to test data quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up test control systems per test requirements.
• Operate test rigs (dynos, shaker, EMC, HALT/HASS).
• Support external test facilities and commissioning.
• Train junior team members on lab safety and equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; implement improvements.
• Assist engineers in creating test cases and procedures.
• Document procedures and safe work systems.
• Liaise with external suppliers for equipment and spares.
