Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst (UAT & CRM) for a 6-month contract in Farnborough. Hybrid working, three days in the office, with strong collaboration with Product and Dev teams to translate requirements into robust testing strategies.

You will perform end-to-end functional and UAT testing, validate CRM workflows and data integrity across financial systems, and log defects in JIRA and Xray.

Qualifications

• Proven QA/testing experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience testing CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Xray.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and execute end-to-end functional and UAT testing.
• Test CRM workflows, including customer contracts and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.
• Log, track, and manage test results and defects using JIRA and Xray.
