Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations QA/BA to join a major finance transformation programme in Windsor. Hybrid work arrangement: 1 day onsite per week with an ASAP start and 6-month contract.

You will lead end-to-end testing across GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, coordinate UAT with business users, and manage defects in Azure DevOps. You will also support go-live validation and quality assurance activities across the D365 F&O landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' software testing experience.
• 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and process documentation.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations BA/QA to join a major Finance transformation programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful testing, validation and business acceptance of Finance processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Functional Consultants, Developers and Project teams, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing, UAT coordination, defect management and quality assurance activities across the D365 F&O landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end Finance test scenarios
• Perform SIT, UAT and Regression Testing activities
• Validate Finance processes including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Reporting
• Coordinate UAT activities with business users and stakeholders
• Prepare test plans, test cases, scripts and defect logs
• Manage defects through Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Support go-live and post-deployment validation activities

Required Experience

• 5+ years' software testing experience
• 3+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and accounting principles
• Experience managing SIT, UAT and Regression Testing cycles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business-facing skills
• Experience producing testing and process documentation
• Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools experience
• D365 F&O implementation or transformation programmes
• Data migration validation and integration testing
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• RSAT or other test automation tools
