Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment seeks a Quality Engineering Test Lead for a prestigious Financial Services client in Farnborough. This 6-month contract role centers on driving software quality, aligning testing across systems, and ensuring initiatives are ready for launch.

The role requires hands-on test strategy, risk management, leadership of junior testers, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid arrangement, 40 hours per week, 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic test planning across multiple systems for technical and business use cases.
• End-to-end execution including SIT, UAT, data synchronization, and process stability.
• Risk and defect management with proactive remediation.
• Lead, mentor, and prioritize testing efforts; coordinate junior staff.
• Stakeholder engagement: translate testing topics for non-technical teams.
• Provide post-launch support during Production Acceptance and hypercare.
