Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented QA Technician to join the Quality team at Twin Brook, Clitheroe. You will perform routine quality checks, monitor site procedures, and support food safety and compliance to ensure every product leaving the site meets standards.

Working hours are 6am–6pm with rotating shifts; pay is £16.24 per hour (£32,512 per year). You will help maintain HACCP, document results, and assist training to uphold our culture of safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or high-care production environment.
• Experience with BRCGS Food Safety Standards.
• Understanding of allergen management and environmental monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine quality checks on materials, packaging and finished products.
• Record results and report deviations promptly.
• Support production teams on quality requirements and training.
• Uphold HACCP, GMP and site safety procedures.
