Job summary

hVIVO is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join the QA team in London, Canary Wharf. This on-site role requires regular presence in the office and flexibility to work 2/3 days per week.

You will provide administrative support to the QA team and apply expertise in the eQMS to the wider business, helping with regulatory archives and archiving processes. You'll coordinate CAPA workflows, manage user accounts in eQMS, liaise with external providers for material collections, and support

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin or support role

• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (eQMS) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Administration of eQMS including user account management, coordination of workflows and query management
• Day to day support of the regulatory archive (paper and electronic) and liaise with offsite archive provider to arrange collections and deliveries
• Administration of CAPA module of eQMS (CAPA workflows and follow up on outstanding actions)
• General administrative support to the QA team
