Job summary

hVIVO is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Auditor to join our Canary Wharf, London site. You will plan and conduct audits of processes, facilities, studies and documents for GCP compliance and oversee supplier and subcontractor audits to support the audit programme.

The role requires strong GCP/GCP for laboratories knowledge, GLP/GMP familiarity, and excellent communication to drive corrective actions and ensure QMS adherence across all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing suppliers, vendors, clinical sites and laboratories.
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and GCP for laboratories.
• Working knowledge of GLP and GMP standards.
• Strong communication across all levels within the organisation.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Experience with on-site and remote audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits of processes, systems, facilities, studies and documents to verify compliance.
• Audit high risk suppliers on site and low/medium risk suppliers remotely.
• Close out audits and agree corrective actions with relevant staff.
• Assess compliance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and SOPs.
• Train and assess competency of QA Auditors.
