Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking 5 motivated QA/QC Engineers to join our team in Wolverhampton. You will develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes across diverse engineering projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with project teams to apply standards, conduct inspections, and document results, driving improvements and ensuring compliance with ISO and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an engineering or quality discipline.
• Experience as QA/QC Engineer or similar role within engineering.
• Strong understanding of quality mgmt systems, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, specs and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with quality assurance software and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO, ASTM or similar quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists to meet project quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits through all phases of engineering projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify and document non-conformities, working with teams to address issues.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and recommending solutions.
• Provide training and support on QA processes and methodologies to project staff.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues, improvements and updates.
• Stay informed of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in QA/QC.
