Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Folkestone, Kent, seeks a QA Manager to lead the Plant Quality team and ensure cosmetic and medical device products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee product release, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing and Quality teams to maintain robust QA systems on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in QA for regulated industries (FMCG, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals).
• Proven track record leading and developing teams.
• Degree in a scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716 and/or ISO 13485.
• Experience with quality tools including RCA, FMEA, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Compliance Specialist team and foster a strong quality culture.
• Oversee the release of raw materials, packaging components, semi-finished and finished products.
• Ensure Quality documentation and TQM systems meet GMP and internal requirements.
• Act as the key Quality contact for manufacturing and product-related issues.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
• Support internal and external audits as a Quality SME.
