Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to support compliance across a diverse product portfolio, including cosmetics and dietary supplements, with responsibilities spanning UK and EU regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Marketing, Quality, Legal, and R&D to ensure regulatory excellence and timely approvals. The role reports to the Regional Regulatory Head and involves leading audits, lifecycle changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across UK/EU

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of regulatory experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulations (cosmetics, packaging, electrical or supplements).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interpret UK/EU regulations and translate into practical business actions.
• Lead regulatory review and approval of new product launches and lifecycle changes.
• Drive compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage regulatory projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections, and certification processes.
• Influence stakeholders to embed compliance across the business.
