Job summary

Dreams Ltd in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, is recruiting a Quality Assurance Lead to define and drive the QA strategy across our technology estate. You will lead a team of testers and QA engineers, shaping testing governance and automation to deliver high-quality retail experiences.

You'll own enterprise testing for Dynamics 365 F&O, Store Commerce/Retail, ecommerce platforms, and APIs, work with Cell Software, and mentor the QA community to raise quality standards across Engineering and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and mentoring testing teams.
• Experience defining testing strategies and quality frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party testing suppliers and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Dreams' enterprise testing strategy and quality framework.
• Lead a team of QA professionals across manual, automation, performance testing disciplines.
• Govern testing standards, methodologies, and CI/CD aligned practices.
• Drive a quality-first culture across Engineering and Product teams.
• Develop KPIs and report on quality metrics, risks and release readiness.
• Manage relationships with Cell Software and other testing suppliers.
