Job summary

Bromford is seeking a QA Analyst to help shape the quality of technology that enables people to thrive. You’ll work with the QA Manager and technology teams to embed quality across the development lifecycle, delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud-based platforms.

You’ll execute test plans, identify defects, contribute to automation, and collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver great outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing functions.
• Familiar with test automation and automated testing practices.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience of API testing using Postman.
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform testing across web, mobile and API layers.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated and manual tests.
• Identify, document and prioritise defects, working closely with development teams to support resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and DevOps colleagues to promote a culture of quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA practices, tools and processes.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and testing approaches to help drive innovation and efficiency.
