Job summary

Key Group is seeking an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and help ensure the quality, stability and performance of our systems. This role focuses on test automation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to thoroughly test new features and updates.

You will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast paced, regulated environment,

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing or QA with automation.
• Experience writing or maintaining automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Understanding of testing types such as regression, integration and performance.
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for business systems.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define testing approaches.
• Carry out functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Identify, log and track defects, supporting resolution with development teams.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Develop and improve automation frameworks, particularly in low code environments.
• Monitor and report on test coverage and quality metrics.
• Keep up to date with best practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and testing tools.
