As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for our games from inception to release. You will lead a talented team of QA testers, ensuring that quality standards are met and that the games we develop provide the best experience for players. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing detailed reporting to stakeholders
• Work closely with production and developers to clarify requirements and ensure testing aligns with project goals
• Participate in regular project meetings to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process
