Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality across several projects in Surrey, West London and North London. This permanent, on-site role suits an experienced QA professional or a Site Manager/Engineer moving into quality-focused work.

You will implement quality processes, inspections and ITPs, manage NCRs and documentation, and drive high standards across complex private-sector projects such as data centres, healthcare and industrial works.

Quality Assurance Manager | Surrey / West London / North London

I’m currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality across a number of projects throughout Surrey, West London and North London for an established main contractor.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced QA professional or a Site Manager / Engineer looking to move away from the day-to-day building side of construction and into a more quality-focused role.

The ideal background:

• Strong main contractor experience is essential


• Previous experience within Quality Assurance / Quality Management


• Ideally a background across data centres, healthcare, industrial or other complex private-sector projects


• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspections, ITPs, NCRs and quality documentation


• Confident working across multiple projects and engaging with site teams


• Autodesk Forma experience is highly desirable – the business has recently implemented the platform across its projects, having previously used Fieldview


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• A genuine interest in driving quality standards across projects

This role would particularly suit a Site Manager, Site Manager or Engineer who has developed a strong understanding of construction quality and is looking to take the next step into a dedicated QA position.
