Job summary

Howden is expanding its Tilt operation in the UK and seeks a dedicated QA tester to own test plans and high-quality testing across AI-driven quoting, journeys and policy administration. You will run structured UAT, create test packs, report issues, and contribute to test automation, collaborating with underwriters, developers and delivery leads in a fully remote role.

Experience with Acturis or similar broking platforms, Azure DevOps, and ISTQB Foundation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software or QA testing with a solid grasp of UAT and structured test case design.
• Comfortable writing bug reports that a developer can act on without back-and-forth.
• Methodical and detail-focused, able to repeat journeys to find issues.

Responsibilities

• Run structured UAT on all change activities with the tech stack, including test packs, testing and reporting issues.
• Test Tilt quote and buy journeys, insurer scheme activations, and rating or rule changes.
• Validate new/changed product journeys across Tradesman/TPP, Property Owners, PI and CV on every release.
