Job summary

Howden is seeking a Software/QA Tester for Tilt to join a fast-moving trading and technology operation. You will run structured UAT on changes across our stack, create test packs, test features including AI-powered components, and report issues with clear reproduction steps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software or QA testing with a solid grasp of UAT processes.
• Ability to write clear bug reports that developers can action.
• Methodical, detail-focused and able to repeat journeys to catch edge cases.
• Excellent communication with underwriters, developers and delivery leads.

Responsibilities

• Run structured UAT on changes across the tech stack, create test packs, test, and report issues.
• Test the Tilt quote/buy journey, insurer activations, and product changes on every release.
• Verify AI-powered components and app features across devices before go-live.
• Ensure CMS updates, responsive rendering, page speed, accessibility and A/B testing pass.
