Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a QA Auditor for their Nottingham site to uphold top standards of food safety, quality, legality and customer compliance. You will support the Technical team and work to maintain GMP across the site, building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Key duties include daily walk rounds, hygiene inspections, investigations into quality issues, traceability exercises, and assisting with internal audits and NPD launches.

Qualifications

• Previous QA experience in a food production facility.
• Ability to use computer programmes including word, excel and related technical IT packages.
• Food Safety Level 2 certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with all departments, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
• Conduct daily factory walk rounds, perform hygiene inspections on equipment and provide feedback to operations.
• Support investigations into quality issues and ensure timely closure of actions.
