THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join Podium Analytics at a crucial time, helping to establish and shape the organization while developing your skills.

The Technology team supports Podium-wide programs and acts as an internal agency. As a Junior QA Analyst, you will support the business by ensuring the quality of Podium's digital systems.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and Business Analysts in an Agile environment, supporting work from development through to execution, reporting directly to the Head of Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

This role includes:

Test Planning and Execution

• Designing and executing test plans for features
• Conducting manual and automated tests across platforms
• Exploratory testing to identify issues beyond initial plans
• Regression testing after code changes
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Addressing security vulnerabilities
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Bug Identification and Reporting

• Reproducing and documenting bugs
• Creating clear bug reports
• Monitoring bug resolution

Analysis and Improvement

• Analyzing test results and root causes
• Participating in defect analysis meetings
• Improving QA processes

Collaboration and Communication

• Working effectively with developers and stakeholders
• Communicating technical issues clearly
• Participating in analysis and design discussions

Learning and Development

• Staying updated with new testing methodologies
• Participating in training
• Seeking feedback and staying industry-aware
