Job summary

Cold Chain Technologies in Reading (Theale) is seeking a Q-EHS Manager to lead TIMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 across Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. The role involves audits, CAPA, incident investigations, and risk-based improvements.

You will coordinate end-to-end customer issues, drive root cause analysis, oversee supplier performance, and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement. On-site five days a week with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Quality, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading audits and CAPA management.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Extensive experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 systems.
• Data-driven, analytical, with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance and continual improvement of the TIMS.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and ISO standards.
• Maintain and approve controlled documents, procedures, and records.
• Promote awareness of IMS policies, objectives, and requirements across all site personnel.
