Hunter Bond is seeking a Python Engineer for its front-office technology team in London. You will develop Python applications for trading, research and analytics, and build data pipelines, automation tools and visualisation solutions to support investment decisions.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Quant researchers and Analysts to deliver scalable technology with real impact on investment workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and investment teams.

The Opportunity

You'll build the tools, platforms, and infrastructure supporting investment research, trading decisions, and portfolio management, working closely with Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Researchers, and Analysts.
