Job summary

RJC Group in London is seeking a Python and AI Support Developer to join its growing AI department within a commodity trading environment.

You will develop and maintain internal Python and AI infrastructure, packages, and tooling to enable efficient AI development across the business. This is an in-office role in central London with potential hybrid flexibility to 4 days a week after 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent hands on Python skills.
• Experience making technical decisions and determining approach.
• Experience with AI in a commercial setting.
• Previous experience working in Trading or Finance is desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal Python and AI infrastructure, packages, and tooling to enable AI development across the business.
• Help define and implement best practices for AI development across multiple products.
• Set the agenda for supporting AI implementation company-wide.
