Job summary

RJC Group in London is seeking a Python and AI Support Developer to join its growing AI department within a commodity trading environment.

You will develop and maintain internal Python and AI infrastructure, packages, and tooling to enable efficient AI development across the business. This is an in-office role in central London with potential hybrid flexibility to 4 days a week after 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Excellent hands on Python skills.
• Experience making technical decisions and determining approach.
• Experience with AI in a commercial setting.
• Previous experience working in Trading or Finance is desirable but not necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity to set the agenda for supporting the implementation of AI company wide and determine and unified approach towards AI development. They need someone who is technically skilled and able to define and implement best practice across multiple products

This is an in office position in central London, with some flexibility to 4 days a week after 3-6 months.
