Sunderland City Council is seeking permanent variable hour cleaners to work at multiple sites across Sunderland, Washington, Hetton and Houghton. Hours typically start from 7.5 hours per week with flexibility to cover morning and early evening demand, and must be available Monday to Friday, to respond to fluctuating workloads.

Uniform, training and opportunities to build a career in cleaning and facilities management are provided, with competitive pay and working conditions.

Permanent Variable Hour staff needed to work at various locations across the City (Sunderland / Washington / Hetton / Houghton).

Hours available typically from 7.50hrs per week, for the person willing to be flexible to suit demand morning and early evening, with flexibility to respond to a dynamic and variable workload. The successful candidates will need to be available from Monday to Friday. Uniform, training and opportunities to create a career in cleaning and facilities management, with excellent pay and working conditions.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
