Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and machines such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers and carpet cleaners.
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the designated areas to a high standard, including site offices, toilets, corridors, and communal areas.
• Carry out cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing.
• Emptying bins and removing waste to designated areas.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate person.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from clients.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed within the agreed timeframes.
