Job summary

The Body Shop in the United Kingdom is seeking an aspirational leader to support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence and an engaging customer experience. You will coach Customer Consultants, drive campaigns and activism, and help shape a customer-focused store environment.

You will contribute to developing loyalty, meeting sales and performance targets, and aiding recruitment and onboarding of new team members while maintaining The Body Shop's purpose-driven values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and passion for beauty/retail.
• Able to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and find solutions.
• Positive mindset with willingness to develop and learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns efficiently and share feedback with Store Management.
• Resolve problems proactively using available resources.
• Assist with store layout, visual merchandising, inventory, and operations.
• Model flexible, responsible leadership and mentor team members.
• Develop knowledge of the beauty market, competitors and products.
• Collaborate with Store Management to drive customer engagement and loyalty; meet sales targets; support recruitment and onboarding.
