The Body Shop is seeking an inspirational Store Leader to partner with the Shop Manager in driving store performance and an engaging customer experience. You will guide the team to deliver retail excellence, build loyalty and execute campaigns that reflect the brand’s activist roots.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, meeting sales targets, managing stock and using KPI data to steer decisions. A passion for learning about the beauty market and activism is essential.

• Experience in a customer facing role and people leadership.
• Ability to meet sales & performance targets with strong planning and organizing skills.
• Comfortable using KPI data to inform business decisions.
