Shifts are held from Monday to Friday. No weekend work. Permanent position.

The role is based at the company's Dungannon office and offers growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials and plant throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Work closely with the Procurement Manager and buying team.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring delivery, cost, and quality standards.
• Prepare enquiry packages aligned with project timelines.
• Evaluate quotations and select the most advantageous options.
• Approve supplier invoices for payment.
• Develop market knowledge, identify suppliers, and explore value engineering.
• Assist with tenders and post-tender inquiries.
• Support site teams with material take-offs and supplier info.

The Ideal Person

• Third-level qualification in a related field with knowledge of building materials and suppliers.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in construction.
