Zusammenfassung

Artemis Human Capital seeks a Purchase to Pay Lead in Belfast to head the Accounts Payable team within a global shared services environment. You will oversee day-to-day AP operations, drive performance, and lead continuous improvement across P2P processes.

You will coach staff, manage invoices and payments, and collaborate with Finance and Procurement to optimise cash flow and accuracy. A strong AP background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a shared services environment.
• Previous experience managing and developing an AP team.
• Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay processes, KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience driving process improvements and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Purchase to Pay Lead for their finance team based in Belfast.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead an established Accounts Payable team within a global shared services environment. You’ll oversee day-to-day AP operations, manage team performance and drive continuous improvement across the Purchase to Pay function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and credit notes
• Review payment runs, resolve supplier queries and oversee statement reconciliations
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase accuracy and automation

Who We’re Looking For

• Extensive Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a shared services environment
• Previous experience managing and developing an AP team
• Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay processes, KPIs and SLAs
• Experience driving process improvements and leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
• Experience using Concur would be advantageous
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
