Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Purchase Ledger team.
• Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Oversee supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Act as escalation point for supplier and internal queries.
• Monitor aged creditors and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
• Maintain supplier master data and drive process improvements.
