Qualifications

• Experience of processing and recording supplier invoices accurately.
• Confidence maintaining purchase ledger and supplier account information.
• Ability to check invoice details carefully and identify discrepancies.
• Experience responding to supplier queries in a clear and timely way.
• Good attention to detail when handling financial records.
• Ability to organise information and maintain accurate files.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and maintain purchase ledger records.
• Check invoice details against documentation to support accurate data entry.
• Maintain supplier account information and update records when required.
• Respond to routine supplier invoice queries and provide clear updates.
• Prepare invoice information for review and payment processing.
• Investigate discrepancies in invoice details and help resolve them promptly.
• Keep purchase ledger files organised so information can be found easily.
• Work with colleagues in Accounting & Finance to maintain accurate financial information.
