Job summary

Mitchell Adam is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis with a view to permanent, based in Redditch. You will join a small, friendly team and report to the Finance Manager, handling a high volume of invoices and supplier queries.

The role includes supplier statement reconciliations and preparing for payment runs, with regular opportunities to contribute to a flexible, family-feel environment and long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger role.
• Own transport due to location.
• Strong level of MS Excel and the ability to use your initiative to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices.
• Handle supplier queries and resolve issues.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Prepare for payment runs and assist the Finance Manager.
