Job summary

Mitchell Adam seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent. You will work in a small, friendly team, processing a high volume of invoices and resolving supplier queries, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Based in a location requiring own transport, you will reconcile supplier statements and assist with payment runs, enjoying a flexible benefits package and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger role.
• Self-starter with initiative to succeed in the role.
• Strong level of MS Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare for payment runs and assist with month-end processes.
