Eric Wright Group is seeking a Purchase Ledger & Site Support Administrator to join our Group Finance team. The role combines purchase ledger processing with essential site finance support to keep projects running smoothly.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger & Site Support Administrator to join our established Group Finance team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines purchase ledger responsibilities with vital site support, making you a key part of ensuring the smooth running of our finance and operational processes across the Group. As our Purchase Ledger & Site Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring payments are made promptly in line with Group policies. You'll also use your knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) to process subcontractor payments and maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
What You'll Do
In addition, you'll provide essential support to our business units by managing purchase order processing, resolving invoice queries, and acting as a key point of contact for site-related finance administration. Working closely with colleagues across the Group, you'll help keep projects running smoothly through accurate administration and excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring
You will have relevant excellent experience as a purchase ledger and have a solid understanding of VAT. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel. It goes without saying, you will be organised have outstanding time management skills along with a methodical approach, and exceptional attention to detail. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills both oral and written and build relationships with ease. We need your positive attitude and skills to complement our established team.
