Job summary

Eric Wright Group is seeking a Plant Administrator to join the busy procurement team. You will manage the procurement process for plant hire and materials, liaising with site and management teams to determine plant requirements and to place and track orders.

The role focuses on accurate reporting, goods receipting, invoice resolution, and delivering cost-effective plant hire solutions. Experience in procurement processes and strong IT skills are desirable.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate IT skills including the use of company software packages.
  • Basic Commercial and financial awareness on the Procurement Function and specifically a good understanding of the order, receipting and invoicing process.
  • Good communication skills required to ensure requirements are fully understood and clear feedback is provided.
  • Good time management and workload planning skills to ensure deadlines are achieved or that potential missed deadlines are notified at the earliest opportunity.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

We are looking for aPlant Administrator to join our busy procurement team. You will deliver a managed procurement process for purchase ledger purchases including materials and plant hire.

What You’ll Do
