Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller based in Rotherham. You will report to the Finance Manager and manage supplier invoices, authorisations and high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include matching invoices to delivery notes/GRNs, inputting data, resolving queries, reconciliations, and running payments. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Good attention to detail/accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Check supplier invoices against delivery notes and GRNs.
• Ensure all invoices are authorised for processing/payment.
• Input invoices into the system.
• Identify and resolve issues.
• Liaise with internal staff and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Perform statement reconciliations.
• Process payment runs.
• Assist with any ad hoc duties as required.
